Our 2021 Performing Arts Series for Students shows will go on sale Tuesday, May 26 at 10am.
Due to the ongoing health mandates around indoor venues, we have made the decision to suspend our Performing Arts Series for Students until the fall of 2021.
We remain hopeful that we will be able to offer performances in person during the next school year. If you purchased tickets for the spring 2021 season, you will be contacted by our Box Office and/or Education teams to process refunds. Thank you for supporting this program and for your flexibility around rescheduled events, and we look forward to seeing you, your students, and your families when schools are back in session as normal.
In an interactive performance, Multiple Award-Winning, Hall-of-Fame jazz guitarist and music educator Terrence Brewer will explore creative self-expression, personal narratives, civil rights, and social justice through the vehicles of two of America's indigenous art forms: blues and jazz.
Brewer is a bandleader, record producer, concert performer, studio musician, and one of the San Francisco Bay area's foremost music educators. He has produced and released 11 nationally acclaimed albums on his own record label (Strong Brew Music) and performed on 60+ other albums as a side-player.
