Joyce Yang

We are pleased to present the award-winning classical pianist Joyce Yang on Sunday, April 15, at 7:30pm, in the Carriage House Theatre.

At just 19 years of age, Yang was awarded the silver medal at the prestigious Van Cliburn International Piano Competition. Now 25, she has been hailed as "the most gifted young pianist of her generation" with a "million-volt stage presence." This performance will be the last of the season for our Piano Masters Series, and you won't want to miss it!

Trio Voronezh
Trio Voronezh

Something different is coming up in our Villa Chamber Music Series! Join us on Sunday, March 11, at 3pm, as we present a talented group of Russian musicians, Trio Voronezh.

Classically trained at the Conservatory in Voronezh, Russia, the trio plays traditional Russian folk instruments: a double-bass balalaika (the three-stringed Russian national instrument, with a triangular body made of fir), a domra (a short-necked ancestor of the mandolin), and a bajan (a chromatic-button accordion). Their diverse repertoire includes the works of Bach, Vivaldi, and Tchaikovsky, Russian folk songs, gypsy dance music, and popular songs by Gershwin.
