Registration

Online camp registration closes at noon the Friday before each individual camp begins.

Refund Policy

Requests for refunds to our day camps must be submitted in writing to camp@montalvoarts.org. As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, we have updated our refund policy: Full refunds will be given up to 14 days prior to the start date if requested, or in the event Montalvo cancels a camp.

Anti-Bullying Policy

At Montalvo we have zero tolerance for bullying. Bullying of any kind will result in the immediate removal from camp. The physical and emotional safety of our students and staff are central to Montalvo’s camps and vital to its overall mission. As such, we take the issues of bullying, harassment, and violence very seriously. Bullying is generally defi ned as when one or more people maliciously exclude, tease, taunt, gossip, hit, kick, or put down another. Montalvo’s leadership investigates any and all allegations of bullying, and trains camp supervisors to promote positive communication, so that students can feel comfortable voicing their concerns to staff. By working together as a team to identify and manage bullying, we can help ensure that everybody has a great experience here at Montalvo.

CAMP UPDATES RELATING TO COVID-19

At this time, we are looking at all the possible ways in which we can offer relevant, responsive summer camps to your family, including the potential for an online format. As we eagerly await the time when we can once again welcome you and your campers to Montalvo with open arms, we hope you’ll bear with us while we work to create a summer camp program that is both safe and robust for the young learners in your family.

If your child is registered for a summer camp, you will receive email updates as we determine the status of each session. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please reach out to our Education team at camp@montalvoarts.org.

Students are invited to roll up their sleeves and learn how to build full-sized structures on Montalvo’s beautiful grounds! Working together, they will not only learn the basics of architecture, they will also learn how to work collaboratively to accomplish a goal.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Sessions designated “ages 6-10” can accommodate older students, but feature a curriculum targeted toward a 6-10 year-old audience.
  • All content is subject to change.
  • Questions? Please e-mail camps@montalvoarts.org.
