Barn Art Studio
Originally Senator Phelan's horse stables, Montalvo's historic barn art studio provides the perfect space for art-making. The Barn is located in Parking Lot 4 on Montalvo's grounds.

Carriage House Theatre
The Claire Loftus Carriage House Theatre (CH)
Gates open one hour prior to showtime. Seating 30 minutes prior. Montalvo may delay seating due to sound check needs. Parking is free on the Montalvo grounds for Carriage House shows. We do encourage carpooling.
Cottage 2
Located on the Montalvo grounds, Cottage 2 is located above parking lot 2.

Garden Theatre
The Lilian Fontaine Garden Theatre (GT)
Gates open 90 minutes prior to showtime. seating one hour prior. We may delay seating due to sound check needs. Parking at Montalvo is limited and must be purchased in advance, $25 per vehicle. First come, first served. Free parking and shuttles are provided from West Valley College beginning 90 minutes prior to showtime - pick up a free parking pass at the Montalvo table located in parking lot 5. Shuttles will return to West Valley at the conclusion of the performance. There are no early shuttles returning to West Valley during the concert or event.
