There are two venues located at Montalvo: The Lilian Fontaine Garden Theatre and the Claire Loftus Carriage House Theatre.

As a courtesy to our neighbors, please do not park on streets surrounding the Montalvo Arts Center.
General

Saratoga, CA
Free shuttles, between the parking lot and the venue entrance, will run continuously throughout the evening beginning at 5 pm. Accessible shuttles will be available. You do not need a parking pass for your car. Just park and proceed to the shuttles. Concert tickets are not required to board the shuttles. Will Call concert tickets can be claimed at the Box office, located near the Garden Theatre entrance.
If you purchased on-site parking: Please proceed to Montalvo and present your on-site parking pass. You will be directed to a parking space. Will Call orders for on-site parking passes are located at the entrance to the on-site parking lots.

The Claire Loftus Carriage House Theatre
Gates open one hour prior to showtime. Seating 30 minutes prior. Montalvo may delay seating due to sound check needs. Parking is free on the Montalvo grounds for Carriage House shows. We do encourage carpooling.

Concessions
Summer Concerts, Garden Theatre: food, soda, water, wine and beer are available for purchase at all summer concerts.
Fall Winter Concerts, Carriage House: limited concessions such as coffee, tea, cookies and hot chocolate are available for purchase.

Please check your tickets for accuracy and to verify which of our extraordinary venues will be hosting your concert. Your ticket will indicate whether your show is at the Garden Theatre or the Carriage House Theatre. There are also special cases where events will be held off-site. Also check the date and time of the performance.
