Meet Our Ceramics Summer Camp Instructor

Ashley Magaña

Born and raised in the Central Valley of California and graduating from San Jose State University in Spring 2022, Ashley Magaña (she/her/they) is an up-and-coming contemporary ceramic artist who challenges the relationship between sculpture and functionality.

From working in private studios as a teacher to her current role as Ceramics Technician at Bellarmine College Prep, Ashley teaches all age ranges. In her free time, she focuses on production pottery and sells her work at local craft fairs from San Jose to San Francisco.
