About
Christine
Lee received a BFA in New Genres from the San Francisco
Art Institute. Her current work considers geologic time
and extra-human labor in relationship to the materials of cultural
production. Prior works employ visual elegy
to address intersections of race, gender, and privatization. She
works ostensibly in digital media, live performance, and site-specific
installation. She has shown at the following arts organizations in the Bay
Area: Adobe Books Backroom Gallery, Artists’ Television
Access, Southern Exposure, and the Diego Rivera Gallery.
