Cohabitation Strategies (CohStra)

CohStra is an international
non-profit cooperative for socio-spatial research and development based in
Rotterdam, New York City and Ibiza, which focuses on conditions of urban
decline, inequality and segregation within the contemporary city. The
cooperative attempts to overcome the traditional divisions of architecture,
planning, and development by bringing together urban, artistic, social, and
economic strategies with a wide range of experts from the academic to the
cultural world. CohStra seeks to amplify the interest of individuals and
communities through neighborhood-based initiatives, and to work with different
