Elena Kelly believes in joyful living and a compassionate connection to the self. Her yoga practice offers this connection by challenging and nurturing the body while holding a mirror to one’s emotional states. Elena received her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification in 2012 and her 500-hour certification with Mark Stephens. Drawing from an Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow background, Elena’s teachings are influenced by her studies in SMART Flow with Annie Carpenter and Forrest Yoga with Ana Forrest, as well as Pranayama exercises. Her classes are strong and rhythmic, balancing intensity and focus with lightness and play, and are accessible to all levels of experience and ability. Elena teaches with compassion, deliberate yet gentle guidance, and a deep passion for her practice.
