George Mead Moore

George Mead Moore is an artist who lives and works in Madrid, Spain, Liguria, Italy and Oaxaca, Mexico. His drawings and prints focus on the natural world.

Moore’s work is in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art, the Whitney Museum of American Art, and the Yale University Art Gallery. His drawings have been exhibited at the Drawing Center in New York, the Contemporary Museum of Art of Oaxaca, Mexico, the Havana Biennial, Cuba, and National Museum of Print in Mexico City. Moore’s works have been published in Art Forum, Art in America, the New Yorker, Art on Paper and Letras Libres.
