Juan Manuel Rosas Martinez

Juan Manuel Rosas comes from a renowned family
of artisans that have taken the expressive capacity of ceramics in the
community of Capula to another level. Together with his parents and siblings,
Rosas has achieved outstanding quality in the development and design of his art
pieces. In addition to mastering the complicated and decorative technique known
as stippling, Rosas paints birds, fish and flowers that naturally bleed across
the edges of plates, pans, and punch bowls. His lines have such precision that
each piece has the appearance of a lithograph.
