Marco Wilkinson

Marco Wilkinson lives in San Diego, where he is an assistant professor of literary arts at UC San Diego teaching creative non-fiction and eco-writing. Previously a horticulturist and an organic farmer, his work draws on that past experience to understand present ecological emergency and imagine ecologically honest futures. His lyric memoir, Madder: A Memoir in Weeds, was published in 2021. His work has appeared in journals such as Kenyon Review, Ecotone, Seneca Review, and DIAGRAM, and in several anthologies, most recently Solastalgia: An Anthology of Emotion in a Disappearing World.
