With degrees in both the fine and culinary arts, Niki Ford seeks to investigate the shared creative language of artists and chefs through concept based project work and a year of seasonal meals to celebrate imagination and the natural cycles of this vibrant and abundant California landscape.
Niki trained for six formative years as a cook at Chez Panisse and also immersed herself in the sensual, folkloric food culture of Italy with multiple stints at the American Academy in Rome as a part of the Rome Sustainable Food Project.
