Yoly Petra Stroeve

Yoly began teaching art to children in high school while she apprenticed a clay and mosaic artist, Donna Billick, in her hometown of Davis, California. Yoly was involved with Artbridge, a UC program that connects art students with local schools to teach workshops in visual art, theater, and dance for two quarters and taught workshops in mask making, printmaking and bookmaking. More recently, Yoly taught at a public school in Mather, California teaching art, kindergarten and first grade. In 2006-2007, Yoly lived in Mexico selling her art and learning Spanish.
