Ravi David Sacarelos Vijay Subramanyam Kerry Adams Hapner As the Director of Cultural Affairs for the City of San Jose since 2008, Kerry Adams Hapner leads the Office of Cultural Affairs (OCA) for the 12th largest U.S. city. The OCA portfolio includes: public art, special events, grantmaking, artist workforce development, stewardship of 12 City-owned convention and cultural facilities, and the Arts Commission.
