A musical spectacle telling the story of the great BB King and legendary Blues and R&B friends such as Sam Cooke, George Jones and Ray Charles, starring renowned performer Brother Chris Clermont… opened to sold out houses and an extended residency in Las Vegas followed by an equally explosive tour in Europe and now the show is available to tour the US. Along with musical director Mariano Longo, known for his highly successful orchestral and pops projects around the country, Brother Chris Clermont who heavily contributed to the projects of Snoop Dogg, Rod Stewart, Kelly Clarkson and many more brings this amazing show to stages with either an 11 piece band, 24 piece orchestra or with your symphony.
About: Christopher “Brother Chris” Clermont
Born and raised in Motown, singer and guitarist Christopher “Brother Chris” Clermont has built a standout career across the Los Angeles and Las Vegas music scenes as a multi-faceted artist, producer, and recording veteran with 7 CDs. He is an alumnus of Barry White’s Love Unlimited Orchestra and Brian Auger’s Oblivion Express, and his studio work includes major, era-defining projects like Dr. Dre’s “The Chronic,” Snoop Doggy Dogg’s “Doggystyle,” Montell Jordan’s “This Is How We Do It,” and Barry White’s “Staying Power,” plus the original song “Ooh California” as the theme for KCAL9 TV Morning News in Los Angeles.
Clermont’s accomplishments extend to high-profile collaborations and headline-level production work, having performed with a wide range of artists including Rod Stewart, Kelly Clarkson, Burt Bacharach, Smokey Robinson, The Jacksons, and many others. After six years with Human Nature’s Las Vegas residency, he launched his own acclaimed show “BB & Me: When Love Comes To Town” in 2019, drawing rave reviews and sold-out audiences, and expanded it internationally with a European debut in 2020; he continues to grow the project with Orchestral Events while also authoring books, producing “The Blues Is Alright,” and recording new music through Existential Current Records.

Do you have parking ?
All parking is onsite at Montalvo and requires a parking permit. You can purchase a permit for $15 when you buy your ticket, or pay $15 in cash at the gate. Rideshare drop-offs are permitted—let the gate attendant know you are being dropped off and follow their directions.
No West Valley College parking or shuttles to Montalvo for these indoor performances.
Do you have member discounts?
Montalvo Arts Center membership enhances your Carriage House Theatre experience—beginning at the Steward Level ($250+) and increasing with higher levels—by offering early and priority access to tickets and waitlists, preferred seating at select performances, discounts on Carriage House concert tickets, and invitations to exclusive pre-concert and opening-night receptions.

What is the cancellation and refund policy for Carriage House concert tickets?
Carriage House ticket purchases are nonrefundable. No refunds or exchanges. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. As Montalvo Arts Center is a nonprofit organization, you can also turn your ticket into a tax-deductible gift if you cannot attend the show. Do you have ADA seating?
Yes. ADA seating is available in the Carriage House Theatre. If you purchase Wheelchair + Companion seating, our Box Office will contact you in advance to confirm details and coordinate accommodations, including parking.
Do you have ADA parking?
Yes, we have ADA parking in Lot 3 – first come, first served with current placard. If you have questions, please contact our Box Office boxoffice@montalvoarts.org.
How much are the service fees?
Please note that a service fee of $8.00 is added to each Carriage House ticket.
Can I visit Montalvo before the Carriage House show?
Yes. You are welcome to arrive early and explore Montalvo’s grounds free of charge before your Carriage House show. Please allow extra time for parking and the walk to the theatre, and note that access may be limited in certain areas due to private events or venue operations.
