The Main Entrance Road at Montalvo requires urgent and essential repairs to ensure long-term safety and accessibility.

  • During this time, all visitors will be rerouted to our Piedmont Road exit.
  • Detour signs will be placed throughout the neighborhood to direct all visitors to the rerouted entrance on Piedmont.
  • Montalvo will install a temporary two-way traffic signal at our Exit Road on Piedmont to regulate flow and ensure safety.
  • Montalvo will activate additional signage and increased labor and communication at all events to ensure a safe flow of traffic entering and exiting the property.
  • For the safety of all, no pedestrian or cyclists shall be permitted on the Exit Road during this time.
  • We deeply value our visitors our patrons and our neighbors and will share updates throughout the project.
  • Our goal is to complete the repairs as quickly and safely as possible while minimizing disruption to you and our community.
