Lauren Adams

Singer-songwriter, producer and musician SoLauren is an artist who creates in the rich legacies of soul, jazz, gospel, hip-hop, and R&B. She graduated from Hampton University with a BS in Music Engineering and Technology, with an emphasis in piano performance. As a healer, community organizer, and educator, SoLauren draws from the radical tradition of black queer artists, activists, and creatives that have fought for our liberation. SoLauren’s work is centered around love, liberation, and holistic wellness. SoLauren is committed to loving and being one’s full, authentic self as an invitation for others to do the same.
