Clarice Green, Montalvo’s Summer Camp Culinary Arts Instructor, brings her passion for baking and personal expression to young learners in an inspiring way. As a highly sought-after baker known for her mastery of both traditional family recipes and innovative techniques, Clarice focuses on empowering campers through foundational skills that unlock their creativity. During this camp, children will learn essential baking techniques—from mixing and measuring to decorating and presentation—while discovering how to infuse their own personality into every creation. Clarice’s teaching philosophy centers on giving students the confidence to experiment and express themselves, transforming beginner bakers into capable creators who understand that baking is both an art and a joyful form of self-expression.
